At Glasshouse Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scent experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
